Our story
Datricx was founded by healthcare billing professionals and AI engineers who spent years watching practices lose 15–30% of their collectible revenue to entirely preventable problems — wrong codes, unappealed denials, slow ERA posting, and AR that aged out without follow-up.
The tools that existed were either legacy software built before AI existed, or outsourced billing services that charged a percentage of collections and had no real incentive to maximize your revenue.
We built Datricx to be neither. A flat-fee, AI-first platform that handles the entire revenue cycle automatically — from the moment a session note is completed to the moment the claim is paid.
